Yeah, my RL friend that played guild wars wanted an Eternal Shield, so i got it to him, and he's like "It's a big block", and im like huh?So we get outside, and it looked normal, than he emailed me a SS, and its like wtf lol, its a huge block of light thats bigger than him, the shield, could this be like a graphics error and it like repair itself or sumthin?

Looks like a video card problem to me, I have a friend who has had the same problem. Tell your friend to update his video card drivers, that should fix the problem.

yeah i thought thats what the problem was, i think i had one similiar to it at one time and it eventually fixed itself though.

Ask him if he's using beta drivers. The answer is probably yes.

I had one of those in Piken a while back...but it was centralized on an area instead of an item...just reloaded the place n it was straight

It's a corrupt GW.dat file. The texture for the shield is corrupt, so it shows as a block of white. Reloading GW is the only thing that's going to fix it.

and what the last poster said, that fixes it. this happened to me once. only every single npc and pc was a block head. literally.
